Multi-shop
For owners of more than one shop: revenue and repairs from all of them, side by side, on the OficinaOS Cloud dashboard.
How it works
Each shop keeps its own OficinaOS install, with its data on the shop's PC. With the module active, each install sends the Cloud a daily summary of totals only, and the owner sees them together by signing in at cloud.oficinaos.app.
During the beta, we link additional shops to your account; each shop then pairs its app with a code generated on the dashboard.
What the dashboard shows
- Revenue over the last 7 and 30 days, across all shops
- Repairs delivered in the last 30 days and repairs in progress
- A chart of daily revenue over the last 30 days
- A per-shop table: revenue, repairs, sales, in progress and last sync
What leaves the shop
Numbers only, per day: revenue (payments for sales and repairs), repairs opened and delivered, number and value of sales, repairs in progress and new customers. Names, contacts and individual repairs never leave. It's sent on every sync (~2 minutes) and also recalculates the previous day.
Honest limits
- “Delivered” counts repairs in Delivered status whose last change was that day — an approximation
- A shop whose app is off sends nothing until it's back on
- The dashboard is in Portuguese
